Who we are
Porter Planning is a town planning consultancy established in 2019. Led by Teri Porter, we provide expert advice across all sectors and throughout the UK. Our experience covers a wide range of projects, from small changes of use to large and complex developments. We also have a network of specialist sub-consultants to enable us to support you through the entire planning process.
Teri has over 25 years of experience in the planning profession on a national level. She became a Chartered Planner in 2000 while working with James Barr Chartered Surveyors.
After a period specialising in telecommunications with Stappard Howes and Vodafone, Teri joined CBRE, where she focused on general planning practice within their Scottish and London offices. She went on to lead CBRE’s Planning and Development team in Scotland before founding Porter Planning.
